G.Y.R.A. = Geoff, Yogendra, Rajen, Alan

Recorded by four uniquely talented musicians in the winter of 2002, this album contains all original acoustic compositions. According to Alan: "I am constantly amazed by the beauty and musicality of the playing by my fellow musicians here. Geoff's sitar playing is so musical and reflective. I could listen to him solo for hours. Yogendra and Rajen lay down such sensitive grooves. Yogendra's song Amulya Samthanaharu is the one of the most beautifully majestic pieces ever written".

On this album:

Geoff Martel: Sitar (and lead sitar on Track 5- right side)
Yogendra Shakya: Madal, Tabla, Acoustic Guitar (tracks 2 and 4)
Rajen Shakya: Tabla, Amazing Drawings
Alan Walks: lead Acoustic Guitar, Bass, & 2nd sitar on track 5 (left side)
